App requirements

xTi app is designed to be used by business employees. It has to be run in parallel with a xT app. xTi app gives an employee the abilities to magage their own data without accessing to xT app. In order for xTi app to function, these requirements have to be met:

  1. Internet connection is required.
  2. Device is running under iOS or Android with latest versions.
  3. A business staff has to be added to xT app and authenticated before he can use xTi app.

Sign-in

  • Sign-in with a xTi authentication account:
    1. Enter Email and Password.
    2. Click Sign In button to login.
    3. Click Forgot Password? link to reset your password.

  • Sign-in with a google account:
    1. Click G+ Sign In with Google to login.
    2. Select the your google account and follow google process to login.

Manage your profile

  1. Open a main Menu, then click Profile.
  2. Enter your required information.
  3. Click Submit button to save changes to your profile.

How to add a new ticket

  1. Open a main Menu, then click on Tickets.
  2. Click + Ticket button to open add ticket screen.
  3. Select services.
  4. Click Submit button to finish.

NOTE: You need to Sign-in first before you can add tickets for each day. Sign-in has to be done by using xT app.

How to Edit a ticket

  1. Open a main Menu, then click on Tickets.
  2. Go to the ticket that you want to edit, and click an Edit button.
  3. Select services.
  4. Click Submit button to finish.

How to Delete a ticket

  1. Open a main Menu, then click on Tickets.
  2. Go to the ticket that you want to edit, and click an Delete button.
  3. Click a YES button to confirm your delete.
  4. Click a NO button to cancel your delete.

Daily Summary Report

  1. Open a main Menu, then click on Daily Summary.
  2. Click a Print button, and choose Daily Summary to print a summary report.
  3. Click a Print button, and click Tickets to print out a detail report.

Weekly Summary Report

  1. Open a main Menu, then click on Weekly Summary.
  2. Click a Print button, and choose Weekly Summary to print a summary report.

How to get authenticated to a business

  1. Download and install xTi app.
  2. Login to xTi by:
    1. Create an account using xTi authentication login, or
    2. Login using Google account.
  3. Request an authentication code from the business admin.
  4. Enter the authencitaion code, and click Submit button.

NOTE: This authentication code verification is just an one time process.

Submit your feedback

  1. Open a main Menu, then click on Feedback.
  2. Select your topic:
    • Product feedback.
    • Request a new feature.
    • Report a bug
  3. Enter a description for your feedback.
  4. Click Submit button to submit your feedback.
